R - Lacta Sport - This unique supplement has been developed to prevent both muscle acidification and to stimulate muscle recovery. To prevent muscle acidification, the amino acids beta-alanine, carnitine, and histidine are used to make carnosine. This supplement contains all the correct amounts of B vitamins, magnesium citrate,and a very powerful, natural antioxidant to rid of all waste products released by the body. A special form of oregano has been added in very small droplets (for better absorption) as well as vitamin E. To stimulate muscle recovery, this supplement contains all the amino acids in the correct proportions. R-Lacta Sport includes lysine, methionine,
